Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center is a 102 bed skilled nursing facility in historic Elizabeth. For nearly half of a century, Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center has earned a reputation for providing quality care and loving attention to those whom we have been privileged to serve. When family and friends are called upon to make difficult decisions, it is comforting to know that they can turn to experienced professionals.
Our Medical Director, who is Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, oversees the medical care of all of our residents and works closely with all of the physicians on our staff.
QUALITY NURSING
Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center provides 24 hour skilled nursing care delivered by Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses. Our staff assists patients in recovering from various acute medical and orthopedic conditions. These range from fractures, surgery, amputations, CVA/stroke, wound care, ostomy care, pneumonia, congestive heart failure, to Alzheimers Disease and related dementias.
Our professional nursing staff is fully committed to our residents and provide round the clock care. This is a commitment which we make to the families who entrust their loved ones to our care. The needs of the residents is our primary goal.
